    Y50 4K - How does it go running old games (at full 4K)?

    As per title, I've recently been picking up a bunch of old games on steam. Quake 1 2 3 4, Farcry 1/2, Unreal Tournament, Red Faction Games.

    Will these run in native 4K? Or, even if desktop res is set to 4k, will I only have the option for 1080p, which my res will auto scale down to in-game?

    I'd be really interested in any input owners have on games that they enjoy playing at 4K.

    Everything except Far Cry 2 and the last two Red Faction games will run just fine at 4K.

    Has anyone got any impressions on doing this? Running old games at 4K?

    Wondering whether it makes much difference.

    Yes those games I listed run fine for me with 4x supersampling/4K downsampling.
