I just bought my Y50 on August 26th.
I downloaded HWMonitor a few days ago and I checked out the battery levels.

About 3 days ago it told me the wear level was at 4%. I figured, whatever; that sounds normal as I doubt if the battery is even ever at 0% wear even after manufacturing.

Today, 9/5/2014 the wear level is now 7%. Seems odd, as my friend has an alienware from 2011 that reads 30% wear level. My laptop is nearly 25% that level in just 2.5 weeks? Seems really odd.

What are you guys wear levels? Am I worrying over nothing. Is there a way to re calibrate the battery somehow?
