Does the Y510p SLI model (59375625) come with the 4700MQ or 4702MQ? If it's the 4702MQ, is the performance hit something noticeable? My understanding is that it runs cooler, but won't CPU-intensive tasks cause it to turbo and raise temps?

Unrelated to the above: Does anyone know anywhere that sells a compatible 95% NTSC 15.6" matte screen?

Performance difference is 5%. However, the 4702 has a lower TDP, and thus 50% less heat than the 4700.

I still recommend the 4702, the heat saved is worth the 5% performance loss.

Agreed, you will most likely never need that much CPU power anyways.

The screen I believe xoticpc offers it on their lenovo so somebody has to sell it.

The default screen on the Y510 has 600:1 constrast ratio, idk if that is good or not :p
