    Hi Expertise,

I ordered a new set of recovery dvds from Lenovo.

Now Whenever I try to restore factory image on my Y530 using recovery dvds sent by Lenovo, the following message appears:

"Apply Image E:\WIM\Vista64.wim with index 1 error!"

Any idea? And any solution at your end?

The main problem first started when "probably" partition was messed up. I am still not sure of the actual problem. It runs as a normal laptop runs. But now OneKey recovery button & function is not working anymore.

I am away from USA & Lenovo IdeaPad supports tells me to send back the laptop. But once I told them I am out of USA, they told me to wait for my return to USA !

    Regards
