    I am in the market for a new laptop and Linux Compatibility is my #1 priority, I've narrowed it down to 2, and the main (compatibility related) difference between these two are the video cards:
    Asus N61JQ - ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730
    or
    Lenovo Y550p - NVIDIA GeForce GT 240M

    Side-by-side comparison on NewEgg

    I plan on Running Ubuntu 10.04. So how does the Y550P run on Ubuntu? Any suggestions?

    nVidia usually has better linux support.
