Hi everyone. So I got my Y570 last saturday and after 10 minutes of first using it, it freezed. I cant do anything (even the numlock doesnt work). All I can do is to perform a hard reset (push power button for 5 seconds). It happened again and again. So I updated the drivers from the Lenovo support site but still, it always freezes. Sometimes with just 10 minutes of using to about 2 hours. I dont know if it is about problems with the drivers or anything. What do you think is the problem? Should I clean install Windows 7? I tried the onekey recovery to initial state but it still freezes all the time. I really dont like messing with the BIOS because Im afraid to brick my laptop. What do you think? Thanks.

It sounds like there may be something wrong with my laptop. Unfortunately, I'd recommend calling lenovo for an RMA.

It still doesnt stop freezing. I think it is a hardware problem too. I have made all updates except the bios. I think it is a motherboard problem or any hardware at all. just want them to solve my problems.

I'd definitely contact lenovo, it's probably hardware related if it's happening consistently.
