Many people are interested in the gaming and overall performance of the Y580. There is way too much speculation going on and I thought there should be a thread where people can get more reliable information about how their system is performing.

System configuration should be included since there are 580s with 6gb of ram or i5s. Driver information is also important.

    Core i7 3610
    8gb ram
    Nvidia Driver 295.93
    HDMI out to 1080p

I only mention the screen resolution because some of the older benchmarks have a native resolution that the 768p screens don't support. They aren't as reliable as game benchmarks, but they can still be helpful.

All benchmarks used are the free versions. Futuremark benchmarks are all run on default settings. Just Cause 2 and Stalker benchmarks have details listed. Run on the same settings for accurate comparisons.

If you have suggestions or requests for certain benchmarks, feel free to mention them. If they are easily available or if someone has the specific game that you want tested, this is a good place to ask for that information.
