I have a Lenovo Y580. I'm running a crucial 128 mSATA SSD with Windows 7 and the regular hard drive is just for storage. My mSATA crapped out on me over the weekend. I got the blue screen of death, then the computer wouldn't even recognize it as a drive from time to time. I managed to get it to boot and ran the windows repair disk, chkdsk etc. Its starting to boot regularly now but I'm not sure how long that will keep up. Luckily I keep ALL my data on the regular hard drive and back it up to an external so nothing REALLY lost.

I ordered a new mSATA and don't want to do a clean install and start form scratch just because of the hassle of of reinstalling everything. I have some finicky programs that are a pain to install and get going correctly and some stuff that I bought the license online and it may be tough to get back without having to pay. So I attempted to back up the system with onekey recovery to an external drive. It fails every time and gives me the error in the attached picture. error.PNG

It also fails every time I try to run a standard windows back up. I've looked around and can't figure out what the issue could be. Any suggestions? At first I thought I had a hardware issue but now I'm not so sure. Either way I'd like a backup just in case this drive is on its final leg.
