I just got a y580 and was going to do a factory reset since it was used shortly before. When I go to the Recovery menu to do one, I get the following error message: "The program cannot find the service partition. This function is currently unavailable." Then I tried to just create disks and get the same error. When going to My Computer, it's only showing the 1TB drive. But if I go to Disk Management, it's seeing the mSATA as Disk1 with "Unknown Not Initialized". Trying to Initialize it as MBR or GPT I get the following error "The Drive cannot find the sector requested.". The BIOS sees both disks. I've even went as far as re-seating the mSATA with no success. Any ideas on this one?
