Another one of the cute "I'm a PC" ads, but with an added brand new Ideapad Y650. Looks pretty cool on camera. Hopefully we'll see the Y450 and Y550 on video sometime soon.

Nice. Could be effective... the laptop looks sweet.

It's more effective than Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld, I'll say that.

LOL... Her parents bought her a $1200$ laptop? That is totally unrealistic!
But it looks cool! -
maybe its her parents! lol but know what you mean.
Looks pretty cool, looks very thin, thinner than I thought -
I've seen posts in the WSIBN forum for four year olds. This doesn't surprise me at all. Mushing the pictures together showed a cool Vista feature. They need to show more of that.

haha
maybe its a family computer and they let their little girl decorate it. -
For example, if the user specifies that they do a lot of work with pictures, then the default behavior when connecting a device like a camera or SD card could be to provide image import options. They should be immediately presented with the process to import and manipulate images with the option (unobtrusive button in the lower left corner or something) to select another type of operation, rather than a menu list of operations, where they have to select what it is they were wanting to do in the first place. Me, I don't care what I connect, I still want it to ask me what to do every time, because my needs may well be different from one instance to the next.
Too often, users are frustrated when the arbitrary default behaviors set for certain tasks aren't what they are expecting or needing, especially when they may not be particularly savvy enough to change those behaviors. An initial interview process (and this process should be as brief and painless as possible) would go a long way toward reducing that sort of frustration to a minimum.
Y650 shown in new "I'm a PC" spot.
