I've been digging around, checked out every thread, and none of them have seemed to have any luck. Not sure if anyone knows of a program to do this with. The main problem is that Notebook Fancontrol does not work with the yoga 2 13" (non pro) fan as it has only one fan and not 2 and the BIOS seem to be different from the other ones. It seems to have no interest from lenovo on their end (surprise).
I find it a bit absurd after how long this laptop has been out that lenovo still has done absolutely nothing to fix the problem, and seems to have simply ignored it hoping it went away. They simply keep saying to install updates which I have fully updated my BIOS and any other updates posted for this laptop and still to no avail has it done anything. People paid good money for these laptops and the fact they can't release a simple BIOS update to fix the temps these fans turn on at is just absurd. Plus the owners of these laptops know it's from the BIOS settings because when you place it into tablet mode the fans quite down almost ten fold to the speed they were going.
I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer.

Have you seen TPFancontrol? No idea if its compatible with your laptop (the Yoga range of devices REALLY confuses me), you might want to take a look.
