    Hi,
    (sorry about my english )

I need to get the Wifi out of my Lenovo Yoga 700 14'',
and I came here to ask you some questions.

First, for the extraction, can I use this video ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqxPdv21_Mk)
of yoga 2 for guidance? their insides sould be similar right?

Sec, after I get it out, can I leave those 2 cables exposed? or should I look for some cover?
    and if so, like what?

And third, after the process, could I connect "wifi usb adapter" and connect to the internet?

    Thanks :)

Why do you need to take out wifi card. If you don't like how it perform turn off and use usb wifi.

I got little kids in the house and I dont want them to get in to the internet.
they are smart, so the only way is to get the wifi out, and only I could return it.

it's really important to me, so I appreciate if you could help me pls...

Look. At least you can try. Take a picture inside laptop before work. Take out wifi card. Put some electrical tape on WiFi antenna. Up to you to put screw back. Plug usb wifi adapter install drivers.
Download drivers for usb wifi before your work. And you good to go!
