I've been looking at the Yoga 720 for a while in stores and noticed more than once that the screen/lid wasn't completely 'straight'... in other words when you close the lid... its not all the same distance from the keyboard deck. Usually the left/right/both edges were raised up higher than the middle. I just attributed it to store demo mishandling and never really gave it too much thought.

Then I bought one yesterday... and while putting it through its paces, checking for problems, etc. I noticed that the screen is bowed/curved. When the lid is closed there is an area a bit right of center front on the screen that has a curve to it so its noticeably off the keyboard deck. both edges touch the deck. When I look at the unit from the back at the hinge... there is a part of the screen that is further away than the rest. It doesn't match up with the front curve but the same general idea.

This doesn't seem to hurt functionality... the 360 hinge works fine... the screen is great without any dead pixels or the dreaded black line (at least not yet) it just looks off. Bad build quality.

I'm debating exchanging it... and wondering if this is 'normal' for this model and I would just exchange for possibly something worse.
