The tap-to-click function on my touchpad is way too sensitive.

It constantly selects (i.e., left click) when I'm just using the touchpad to navigate around.

There are all kinds of settings for making the touchpad less/more sensitive but they all relate to moving the cursor around, avoiding accidental touching by the palm, etc.

I can't find anything to lower the sensitivity of the actual tap-to-click function.

I'm worried the tap-to-click function is an actual hardware issue since the tap is like pressing a mouse button.

I don't want to turn off the tap-to-click function since I use it constantly, however, it's getting ridiculous how often with the lightest touch while moving the mouse around it performs a left click.

    Any help more than welcome.
