In which respect?
There's a lot of knowledgeable volunteers - mostly in the ThinkPad area - who try to advise on the technical issues to the best of their ability.
If you're referring to the way that the forum is being moderated, organized and so forth, that's a whole another matter. -

When I was asked to join I did so because of my love for ThinkPads, and urge to help the folks who used them, not because of my undying love for Lenovo. -
I'm with ajkula.
I'm just here to help, though i'm more of an Ideapad person than a Thinkpad person. -
The forums are well organised. Also very active Lenovo support techs. Also really amazing how many people are willing to help over there...

The organization by series makes sense and allows quicker searching for issues surrounding a particular product. It also allows easier tracking of what changed from one product generation to the next. The moderation appears primarily focused on limiting unneeded bandwidth-consuming content by changing posted pictures to links. Aside from that, the mods move topics to better sections, edit links for accuracy, and act as any moderators should. The only edits that seem to be based on corporate policy as opposed to forum maintenance are the removal of posted full names of Lenovo employees.

Well. I was banned for something like violating community guidelines.
The offending post with a 100% certainty must have been when I asked a question about which line of Lenovo notebooks is the direct competitor of the Samsung line [X]. A pretty normal question from someone in the market of buying a new notebook ans asking the obvious, isn't it? Then no private message from mods on how to behave here (LOL), editing/moving or removing my question but a kick ban without explanation. I wonder how they want to attract customers.
OK, previously I asked an innocent question about undervolting too, which also got deleted without a word. -
If you want to send me the username you were using there via PM, I'll be glad to look into it for you, but this is not an appropriate topic for this forum. Closing thread.
