I'm quite confused with the Z series of Thinkpad.

There is a titianium cover on some models and regular black on others.

Is titianium describing the color or the actual material being used on the cover?

Is the black colored cover made with titainium as well?

The Z series thinkpads have two options; the regular black option which is ABS plastic (AFAIK), and the z option which is silverish and actually titanium.

For example, the Z60t has a titanium lid. Hope this helps.
