    Z61 or T61 ??

    Hello to everyone ?

    I was wating to buy the Z61 , but along came T61. I have some questions,

    #1. Does any battery cell in T61 does not come out of the laptop making it uneven at the back ?

    #2. What does express card do ,cause it does not come with Z61 ?

    #3. Why is the card reader is optional ,cause if i get that then i wont get the express card ?

    # Does the T61 has in built microphone ?

    Finally should i go for the new upgrade of T61 or stick to Z61, i have been reading that T61 isnt as good replacement to T60. Comments?

    2. Simple answer just like the old pcmcia card but a faster bus. Of course, you can not use your pcmcia card in it :)
    3. You will get the express card with a choice of media card or smartcard reader.
    4. All laptops have built-in microphone.

    Finally, pick T61. T61 with the santa rosa chip set and cheaper than ever, pick it, you can't go wrong.

    when i called, the csr said the second pcmcia slot will be blank and I have the option to 'buy' either expresscard, media card, or smartcard reader.
