    hi everyone i have a y570 and when i game on it i plug it in but after 30 seconds or so it will swap to battery even tho its still plugged in
    i might have figured the problem i bought the laptop on ebay and the ac adaptor has 19v but the battery is 11.1v
    any help is greatly appreciated

    Lenovo uses 19v AC adapters with their 11v batteries, that's how my T420 works

    I don't think the voltage is a problem. Is the AC adapter an OEM adapter? If not, it could be supplying insufficient wattage under peak load (ie, gaming), causing the laptop to draw from battery as well.

    I think i found problem y570 is 120watt my charger is 65watt output so when it asks for more the charger can only go to 65

    I think so I think the battery was changed but it was defeniently
