    my "s" key squeaks and i just called for a replacement keyboard. when i asked her what keyboard they were sending me, she didn't understand the difference between chicony,apls and nmb.

    finally i asked for the part # so i could look for myself, but im having a hard time telling what type of keyboard this is, can someone help me out?
