    Nope. Try for the Visa/Mastercard discount if you can; that should save you around 5%.

    Isn't there an EPP in Canada?

    Find a Canadian IBM employee, and try to find the Canadian EPP program.

    Some universities offer student and staff discounts. In particular, my school has a 12.25% discount for non-express models and non-bundle models.
