    I'm wondering if anyone here happens to have contact info for an "elevated" Lenovo rep, i.e. supervisor or "resolution expert" as Dell calls them; I have an interesting situation in that upon reviewing/calculating the details of an order I placed last week for a T60p, I don't think the promised pricing adjustments were in fact applied;

    I'm hoping to have some further recourse if necessary (even though I suppose I could just ask for her direct supervisor); this frankly pisses me off as I feel a bit manipulated, and I don't want to have to cancel my order (especially since I've been searching for a laptop for six+ months); on a somewhat related note, does anyone know if prices on the web for T60s changed at all in the last 6-7 days? (I'm using the current web price for comparison); I would imagine it's unlikely...

    Thanks for any assistance here.

    Prices and offers change all the time on the website. The last holiday sale I bought my T60 for around $1260 shipped and after tax T7200/1.5gbram/x1400/1400 resolution/40gb hd/n wireless blah blah
