i can get about 15 min on full charge medium brigthness and power saver plan that sucks on performance...
when i put high performance i can see the low battery advice(10%) after about 15 second...
what can I do to improve it?
do buy another battery will help?
or can be a different problem?
    how to check it?

thx in advance to any anwswer..

check out lenovo's battery/power manager, it will tell you how terrible your battery actually is :) sounds like your battery is shot, time for a new one.

    after only 1 year? :(
I'm unable to get running lenovo power menagement on win 8... but battery test said that my battery capacity is 4Wh on 44 that it should have...
there are no software that can restore by charging/discharging my battery? :(

also if i really need to replace it where I can buy for cheap in europe?

you probably use the battery more than I do, but my 1.5yrs old t420s has 35Wh left on the battery. could also be that your battery meter isn't calibrated, not sure how you fix that without power management though.
