So my battery is getting worse and I want to reset it as it goes down to about 65 percent and then drops to 5. I tried doing the battery reset and it discharged and rechared but it still doesn't have a continuous drop in percentage. So any ideas?

one or more of the cells is bad in the battery, this causes sudden drops in %

    you need a new battery

Is this a pressing issue, or can I live with it?

well, the battery will degrade very quickly, but you can still use the computer without a battery....

Alright, but I mean it's not an issue to continue using it as long as it lasts long enough to be worth while. What I'm saying is, will it cause damage to anything.

There is a very small chance that it will cause damage, but if it was me I would not continue using it.....

    It just might EXPLODE!!!!
