essentially I want a solid sleeve to keep my y580 safe for when im commuting to and from work/school on the train.

i already have a jansport backpack ( Amazon.com: JanSport Big Student Classics Series Daypack: Clothing) and want a solid sleeve or case I can put my y580 in to keep it protected.

biggest thing I'm worried about is standing and leaning against a wall in the train and having my laptop smashed against my books.

these are the two best things I could find, but im open to new suggestions too

    thanks guys

I have the caselogic that you linked on Amazon and I find that it's a little tight for the Y580. It's weird because it fit perfectly with other 15.6 laptops that I've owned in the past, but it's a little tighter around the Y580 most likely because if its bulk. Just FYI.
