Has anyone gotten a bluetooth error before?

Windows says it encountered a problem and asks if I want to send the info to Microsoft or Dont Send.

I get this once every 2 days or so. I don't know what is causing it.

Whenever I enter Bluetooth Places, it says 'Bluetooth device not found. Please verify that your Bluetooth device is properly connected and turned on.'

What does this mean? Is there a switch to turn on Bluetooth?

As far as I know, the wireless switch is on and working fine.

I think that refers to the device it's trying to connect to; however, bluetooth power is located in the Fn-F5 menu.

I still get the same error.

I attached a screenshot of the message after the typical windows encountered a problem message.

I updated BT drivers and it still does it. Pretty strange if you ask me.

Anyone ever come across this error?

I seem to be getting it more often than before ( it's REALLY REALLY annoying) and whether Bluetooth is On or Off, I still get the error message.

Should I talk with Lenovo technical support about this problem? I'm not sure if it's a known problem or something unique to my T60 laptop.
