    burning rr disks with cds only?

    My friend has a new t61p i ordered for her and i am 25oo miles away and just realized while trying to help her burn em I didnt order her a dvd burner only a cd/rw and dvd player.
    can she burn the disks with cds only? AAnd can you step by step me so I can forward instructions to her?

    Yep. I actually did CDs on my T61p, couldn't remember if disk 1 could be a DVD... lots of CDs, like 8 or 9, but it worked fine... just took a looong time :)

    If you can get access to an external DVD burner, you could do it that way.
