    can't find 'save a quote' button

    I'm trying to figure out the price protection thing. the only buttons I see under
    Estimated Total: @ checkout are - empty cart, save cart, print cart, and email cart

    Is saving a quote = save cart or email cart or is it somewhere else

    You need to proceed from checkout to place order, do everything you would as if placing an order, including entering your shipping address etc, except at the final step, don't click on "Order" button, but click on "Create quote" button, which is next to the order button. Once you have done that, you'll receive email with the quote you created.
