i purchased a computer on sunday morning, but just after i put the order in decided on a different model (i know, dont ask). well i called immediately and they said that the order would be cancelled. however, i just got a shipping confirmation for the sleeve that i bought to accompany the laptop from the first order and there is still a hold on my credit card. has anyone experienced this?

The sleeve might have shipped, but your laptop should be canceled well in time (call again) if you did it IMMEDIATELY.
