I recently cancelled my order of t61 from lenovo via email (and phone actually) And I also got the confirmation email about order cancelling on Jun 7. But today I check my credit card, and found out they still charge me for the t61. :(

I thought they only charge my credit card on the date they ship my order.

Does anybody who cancelled their order from lenovo has the same problem? And usually how long does the credit come back?

    thanks in advance.

Challenge the charge with your credit card. Supply them with the cancellation. They'll take care of it.

It's not a charge, it's a temporary authorization hold on your credit card account. The hold will disappear after about 2 weeks.

Having a hold on 1-2k isn't fun. Call the credit card company anyway and force the hold to disappear.

Ya, holds will show up on your statement. Still not the most fun.
