    cant stop t400 power state beep

    just noticed this happening the past few weeks but my t400 wont stop beeping when it changes power states, has low battery warning, unplugs from power, really annoying.

    uninstalled power manager and made sure that there are no settings i have set that would make this happen.

    beep is off in bios, i have nothing set for low battery notification. running 7 pro 64.
