I change the dpi between 100% and 125%, but all of the sudden after changing the dpi to 100%, some of the UI text is like around 125% (i.e. Start menu) and others are very tiny (i.e. righ-click menus, power manger in taskbar, firefox...). What gives?

Instead of choosing logoff, I chose No and restarted. The dpi got fixed!

    FYI,

This issue is the theme service getting confused. If you select a different theme it will correct the confusion. A restart is not typically required.
