    delay & compensation

    I asked for $100 compensation few days ago. The CSR told me that she will file the compensation thing and will email me back. however, i still have not receive any email. Shall i call them again?

    But what are your damages? Unless you paid, you haven't lost interest. Some ppl are actually happy about their delay, because they paid $100 or $200 less recently compared to May and June.

    On your statement that some people are happy that they got delayed since waiting two months has caused a price drop. Let me give you another analogy and you tell me if either one makes any sense.

    Some people are happy they got aids because it helped them lose weight.

    On the point of compensation they suggested 100 dollars. So what you are asking for is very reasonable.
