    hey all,

just got my t400 today. i love it! i am very happy that i went with lenovo over dell or sony. i found out that i do have the samsung screen installed on mine, but i find the screen to be of excellent quality, very bright, with uniformity all around.

just one question, does anyone know a good website for downloading free windows XP desktop backgrounds? preferably of size 1440 x 900 or bigger.

    tx.

    Agreed - InterfaceLift and DeviantArt.

I get wallpapers for my TripleMonitor desktop on InterfaceLift (about the only place that offers ultra wide monitors). On my ThinkPad I tend to use the standard ThinkPad world map background.
