    do eCoupons stack on top of EPP discount?

    Hey, I'm trying to buy a t61p using a CPP code. And I plan on buying with Paypal. Suposedly there is a eCoupon for paypal so that if you pay with Paypal, it'll take off 10% off the cost of a T series laptop. However this doesnt seem to work when I log in as a contractor and try to use this coupon.

    I tried to buy the same t61p from the normal lenovo website for people who arent CPP or EPP. And the code worked! anyone know why this is?

    (same thing with the current USPTIME2SAVE coupon)

    Is there a promotion code for the Visaperks? I went to the website and it said no promotion code necessary.
