    dock won't lock?

    I just received a ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3. When my T420 is docked, I am unable to lock it. The key will not turn all the way to lock. If I don't have my laptop docked, I can lock it just fine. Any ideas what is going on?

    Try seating it differently. That happened with my Ultrabase Series 3 and X220T. All I had to do was make sure everything was "clicked" into place. Hopefully it is the same for you.
