    lol i was trying to check my order status so i called them

    first time i was on hold for 2 hours until i couldnt hear the on-hold music anymore,

    second time i was on hold for 2.5 until i just gave up

    what is wrong with them!?!?!

    I think they have just released a whole lot of new product lines, so there are probably more phone calls than they can handle at the moment.

    Try different numbers, I had the same problems with them. So I tried different numbers and had them transfer me to where I needed to go. It went much faster.
