i know this has been brought up casually in several threads associated with all the crazy sales during june/may, but usually the conversation turns to just reordering and i wasn't able to find a clean, cut and dry answer.

my friend's x61s is being shipped as we speak, and my card (i ordered it to my card) has been charged. thanks to the back to school sale, i can save about 40 dollars using the 21 day price adjustment policy.

if i take advantage of the price adjustment, will I lose the fat wallet credit?
