Well i ordered on 9/29, i ordered a W500 and a Advanced Mini Dock, on monday i recieved my dock, and i check to see that they split my oder into two parts. Today 11 days after i ordered i checked to see the status of my W500. This is the response that i got. They failed to even get my order to the warehouse!
I have to have a laptop for work and school, i will have to cancel this if it isnt sent by monday i will cancel and buy something locally i guess.

If this is a common problem, it should be relatively easy to manually go though the orders and be sure they are all transmitted. Labor can't be that expensive in China. I do believe they have problems but probably nothing quite as simple as this sounds.

Well I fell down the same "Rabbit hole". Ordered 9/30 and received two shipments of accessories and case that were ordered along with the compute. This morning the date jumped two week so I call and got about the same answer about the "highest team" working on it, but nothing other than a promise to "watch the order". Please insert all the very bad words you know here.
If you are waiting for more then a few days, call and be sure your order was processed correctly. -
Anyone with this problem, please come to the Lenovo forum site and complain in the shipping thread. We have several in the "W" board with this issue. Maybe more voices would help. Thanks
