It's the 54mm slot. I have the compact flash reader from SIIG inc. shown here:
http://www.siig.com/ViewProduct.aspx?pn=CE-000042-S1
There is also an 11-in-one card reader from them here:

it seems the 11-in-one is a 34? Anyways yeah im looking for one that can do atleast the SD cards, and any of the popular ones like the sony ones and compact flash would be nice...So any other suggestions would be nice.

CF is signal compatible with PC Card so you should use that. CF to PC card adapters only need to convert the interface so they can be found really cheap.
You can find a list of ExpressCard products on the working group's site: http://www.expresscard.org/web/site/cons_wtb.jsp#adap
Memory card companies like SanDisk and Lexar also sells ExpressCard to SD/SDHC/MS/xD adapters. Check their web sites for info. -
Out of all those manufacturers...shown on the site. Which one would be the best quality one? Just trying to find some feedback on those cards.

I went for the ATech one as it was important for me to have the SDHC capability on the SD side of things.
Price is right at Newegg.com.

How is it? Has it been reliable?

i wanna make sure if http://www.siig.com/ViewProduct.aspx?pn=CE-E01012-S1
or the one on newegg is gonna fit in my T61. and if one is better than the other before i buy it. -
I don't think there is much difference all else being equal. Do note that SIIG unit does not list SDHC compatibility. I would get one that does have SDHC compatibility just to be future proof.
express card slot...media reader???
