    fan buzz, not cpu whine

    I opened my laptop up. It's definitely the cpu fan. If I shift the three wires going in to it it seems to stop the buzz. I wonder if it's the wires hitting the spinning fan, or dust.

    I will try the below dust and lube, and also try putting a spacers/tape on the wires to eliminate noise. Any one else have this problem?
