I usually have the setting on, and have the windows welcome screen for login. I use my fingerprint to sign on. Before, I could choose the "switch user" option for logging off, but suddenly the button stopped working. I went into control panel/users and checked that fast user switching was still on but it wasn't. I check it, hit apply, but it doesn't stick. I tried doing it from both of my "admin" user accounts but no luck. Anyone experience this?

Go to control panel -> Administrative tools -> services, when you are in services look for fast user switching or fast user switching compatability and right click on it and go to the properties for that service and change the startup type to auto and click the start button in the properties page to start the service.
