    fingerprint for windows logon?

    when my z61m starts up, i am asked to enter password or fingerprint, i input my finger then another screens ask for password for client security system, is it possible to logon with just a fingerprint, thanks

    I know you can do it with the SZ series, not sure about Thinkpads though

    If you disable the Client Security Solution, you'll have the option of using just your Windows password or your fingerprint. To disable CSS, go to File > Advanced... (I think that's what it is---I don't have a ThinkPad with me, so I don't know the exact wording).
