I am having trouble finding info on how to use the fingerprint reader with a webpage.

When first used the computer, the fingerprint reader worked for login, and when I entered a password on IE it asked if I wanted to save it. But when returning to that webpage, it never asked me to swipe my fingerprint. Also, the "checking embedded security chip" message took forever when booting up, so I eventually uninstalled client security.

I decided that I really want to use the fingerprint reader for webpages, and supposedly CSS needs to be installed for it to work, so I have just reinstalled it. For some reason, the message no longer appears at boot-up and the boot time is normal (but the chip says it is "enabled").

As for the fingerprint reader, I cannot figure out how to make it work (for webpages, still works for windows logon). Any help will be appreciated.

Lenovo has lots of information on how to use the fingerprint reader in the "Support & downloads" section, under "Hints and tips".
