quick scenario: no display on laptop after sleep.
called lenovo tech support. went through their run-down of diagnosis with no luck. they will be shipping me pre-paid box within 2 days. he also said entire turn-around time was 5-7 days.
this will be my first time working with lenovo to RMA something. any comments on it?
i'd like to minimize downtime, i use my laptop everyday for about 6 hours a day.
