Hi, I'm not sure why but the right arrow and down arrow keys are jammed on my T60. It's an ALPS keyboard.

The strange thing is, I never eat or drink while I'm on this laptop so I don't know what caused it but I do know that the keys weren't jammed when I first opened the package.

The keys are jammed as if there is chewed gum underneath. What's the best way to fix this? I don't know which screws to loosen, etc..

update: I called them and they said that they will be sending me a brand new keyboard, and gave me an address to watch a video/instructions that I didn't know about heh

I don't know what pple have been through but in my experience, customer service has only done good things for me.
