    hey guys,

i am very close to getting the t42p with the flexscreen. my biggest concern is with the screen. if i wanted to watch video or play the occasional 3d game, will the ghosting be too distracting? other than that, i would love to get the ibm.
    thanks

i've been using a t42 flexview screen for nearly a month now and have seen little ghosting, on movies with fast action scenes yes it is true you do get some ghosting. it seems to bother some more than others though. i'm going to point you to a couple of really in depth threads at thinkpads.com where they discuss graphics and doom 3 on a thinkpad...it should provide you with enough info on the ins and outs of gaming on a t42!
