    hey.
I have a lenovo T400, and for the last two days, every time im starting up my windows xp, i see the blue screen of death after a couple of minutes.
its brand new, only about a month old, and i think about formating it.
the problem is that i dont have the windows disk. i understand that its supposed to be on a partition inside my HD, but i dont know how to access it...
can sombody please point me into the right direction? thanks.

    Try This...

From there, you should be able to restore your PC to factory settings.

Yeah, there is a partiton for thinkvantage. It is most likely a hidden one, and you cannot see it. To make another partiton, just go to start menu > Right Click Computer > Manage > Storage > Disk Management. ;)
