    reinstall drivers

i've reintalled it several times, it's there

i really don't understand. i read somewhere it might be video related? which actually makes sense. i was about to watch a movie on netflix when it permanently froze.

also i'm using windows 7, probably related to that as well

You may have some luck posting your problem in the forums on Lenovo's website. Notebookreview.com forums are great but if it's a problem no one else has had you may not get much assistance.

Here's a funny post from the lenovo forums related to the trackpad.

Had the computer a couple of weeks and the touchpad is dead. I thought I might have turned off a setting, but it doesn't appear that way. I have a wireless optical usb mouse that works fine. Any suggestions before I call tech support? thank you

ENABLE THE TOUCHPAS USING THOUCHPAD BUTTON THAT PLACED BESIDE THE VOLUME BUTTON IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE UNIT AT THE TOP OF THE UNIT.
