    would you say this is a good deal i got last week? having second thoughts :cool:

    t400 from lenovo.com:

    p8600
    vista home basic
    14.1" wxga+ CCFL :( w/ camera
    switchable graphics (ati 3470 256mb)
    2gb DDR3 1066, 1 DIMM
    160gb HDD 5400rpm
    dvd+rw 8x
    7 in 1 card reader
    intel wifi 5100agn
    6 cell battery

    got this for 722 dollars, in total shipped its 797.

    Hard to say because we don't know why YOU think it's not a good deal. Spec/Price looks just about right to me. Maybe you want to check out the "What Notebook Should I Buy" forum on this site?

    As hax0r said the specs/price ratio is actually quite nice. But knowing why you are having second thoughts would be nice to include.

    reason I had doubts was if the price I got was to justify the wait time of over 4 weeks.

    guess ill keep it, but lenovo really needs fix there shipping times.

    You can buy a new one off of ebay with similar specs for around 725 shipped, no wait. Add in live cashback and it's around 670.
