    The first thing I would definitely do is to choose the cheapest memory option and choose 1 DIMM, so the other DIMM is free. You can buy memory after market for much cheaper at places such as Newegg.com. Look here

    Other optional things - I don't know your budget or need with the machine but you could eliminate the Fingerprint reader and bluetooth? Both of these are not easy to do after market though. You could also bring the harddrive down to the 80GB 5400 harddrive and then upgrade it yourself at a later time when prices go even lower(something you can do yourself). Just some other options if you are tight on cash now.
